Washes & effects

Rinse
Washed once to remove starch; deep, dark indigo.
Stone / Enzyme
Pumice or cellulase enzymes fade the surface; enzyme is gentler and more consistent.
Acid & Bleach
High-contrast marble or overall lightening for vintage looks.
Laser & Ozone
Whiskers, fades and distressing with far less water and chemistry.
Finishing

Fabric finishes

Bio-wash
Enzyme removes surface fuzz for a clean face and less pilling.
Silicone softener
Smooth, fluid hand-feel on knits.
Peach / Brushed
Sanded surface for a suede-soft touch.
Mercerised
Caustic treatment adds lustre, strength and dye depth.
Sanforised / Compacted
Pre-shrinking for wovens and knits to control shrinkage.
Colour

Dyeing methods

Reactive dye
Bonds with cotton for bright shades and good wash fastness.
Pigment dye
Surface colour that fades softly for a lived-in look.
Garment dye
Dyed after sewing for rich, uneven vintage tones.
Yarn dye
Dyed before weaving: stripes, checks, chambray.
Decoration

Print & embellishment

Screen print
Plastisol or water-based; best value at volume. Discharge for soft-hand prints on dark fabric.
DTG / DTF
Digital full-colour artwork for low-MOQ and complex designs.
Sublimation
All-over prints on polyester-rich fabrics.
Puff, HD & Foil
Raised and metallic effects for streetwear.
Embroidery & Appliqué
Flat, 3D puff, chenille and patch work.
Quality

Testing & inspection

Dimensional stability
Shrinkage after washing, held within the buyer's tolerance.

(09) — FAQ

Buyer
questions.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on fabric and process. Programs using in-stock or stock-dyed fabrics allow lower quantities; custom-dyed or developed fabrics need higher volumes per colour. Share your quantities and we'll suggest the most efficient route.

Can you work from our tech pack and size spec?

Yes. We work from your tech pack, graded spec sheet and tolerances, and confirm everything through proto, fit and pre-production samples before bulk.

How long does sampling and production take?

Sampling typically takes 7–15 days after fabric and trims are confirmed. Bulk production typically takes 45–75 days after PP-sample approval, depending on fabric development, washes and quantity.

Do you offer private label and custom packaging?

Yes. Woven and printed labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons are produced to your brand guidelines, with UPC / EAN barcodes and carton marks for your distribution centre.

Which trade terms and payments do you accept?

FOB and CIF are most common, with DAP / DDP available on request. We accept LC at sight and T/T (advance plus balance against documents).

What does your procurement service cover?

Yarn, greige and finished fabric, trims, accessories and packaging: vendor discovery, price negotiation, quality inspection and inbound logistics, run for brands and manufacturers such as Sharv Exports.
